Connect Encoder, Synch and Graph

    Hello together

I have to get a meassurement of Force (by DMS) and Direction (by quadrature encoder).
I now make a synch similar like in the example "Multi-Function-Synch Dig Read Write With Counter.vi"
So, I want to take the encoder signals to the 2 counters like CTR0: A=PFI0, B=PFI1, Z=PFI2 and CTR1: A=PFI3, B=PFI2, Z=PFI1.
With the counter CRT0 I create a pulse frequency, so that I get the position measurement of the encoder and the voltage of the dms at exactly the same time.

First question: is that possible to get the pulse from the same counter on which the signal of the encoder is?

Second question: My encoder turns around for several times (n x 360°). Because the rotation will converted in a linar movement by a jackshaft.
How can I create a graph, where I see at which position a moved point on the jackshaft is? I tried with an angular position measurement, but I think thats the wrong way. I only want to know how to visualize how high the force is at a specific point of the jackshaft box. The problem is that the jackshaft turns first clockwise and the back counterclockwise.

If somebody has got an idea, a link to better theory or an example, I would be very thankful

best regards
schleuni

Attached my VI. I know, it's a bit a mess at the moment. It's my first VI with labview. So I'm a real amateur.
