Can PCI 6010 acquire two identical signals accurately?

I feed same ramp signal to Analog Input of PCI 6010. Of course, it looks same, but the difference is not zero. And it is not quantization noise. I want to know if B series card can do what I want? I want exactly same readings for both of them. Is it possible? If not why? Thanks in advance.

What exactly is the difference? How are you calculating it? Did you adjust for the channel delay?
