CF 6004 Related Question

Hi,

I am trying to read the 4 analog inputs from the CF 6004 DAQ. Is there an example that does this? How can I change the existing VIs to do this?

Any help is appretiated.

Hello Karthik,

First, make sure that you have imported the task list that corresponds to the CF 6004 in the NI-DAQmx Base Task Configuration Utility.  There will be pre-loaded tasks that correspond to the PDA examples that you can find at  Start >> Programs >> National Instruments >> NI-DAQmx Base >> Examples >> PDA .   Choose one of the AI examples and take note of the task name it uses.  In the DAQmx Base Task configuration utility, find this task and add channels in the channel list.  Then "Save and Exit" the utility.  Your example that references that task should then be configured for multiple channels.  If you need more specific directions, please tell me what version of LabVIEW and NI-DAQmx Base that you are using.
