Analog Output thru PXI-6733

I'm analyzing data from a transducer using PXI-4472 and would also like to listen to the noise by wiring raw data acquired into the PXI-6733 analog output card. I found an example "Continous Sound Output.vi" but I'm not sure if the analog data from the 4472 has to be in a format prior to wiring into this example. Does anyone have experience in this area? If so, I'm open to suggestions. Thanks

The Continous Sound Output vi is most probably not the example you want to use. This example takes a given waveform and outputs it through your PC speakers. Since you are using a PXI system, you most probably do not have PC speakers.

If you wish to use your analog output board to output a sound signal, you may want to look into these two examples. The first will show you how to acquire data and save as a waveform, and the second will show how to output the data with your analog output card.
