A USB DAQ card like 4431 but can work with a external sampling clock

We need to find a USB DAQ card with 4 AI 24 bit and 1AO, but can work with an external sampling clcok (like encoder TTL signle).

Or a NI USB-6361 but 24 bit AI channels.

No, 24-bit ADC is delta-sigma and hence cannot work with an external clock.

Depending on the needed samplerate ...

If you have an encoder you can sample the encoder position in sync with the AI and do a resampling (Sound and vibration toolbox have vis for that)

For the hardware that sounds more like a CompactDAQ USB solution.
