+19 V at AI of PXI-6225

Hi, I have a PXI chassis in which there is a PXI-6225 board.  After doing some troubleshooting to determine why our setup was not  functioning properly, I connected the PXI-6225 board to a TBX-68 connector box.  I then measured the volatge between analog inputs 11-15 with respect to ai ground and found that this volatge is +19 V.  This should be 0 Volts and so explains why this unit is not functioning correctly.  Please let me know if this is fixable and if so how I can fix this. Thanks

Hi dilkgeet-

Can you please post the part number (i.e. 192227X-01, where 'X' is the revision number) for your board?

Thanks-

The unit right now is in the chassis so i don't have the part number accessible, but the serial number is HA4248911. Thanks
