To whom it may concern:
It appears that you may have something wrong with your driver. I'd suggest that you uninstall your IMAQ driver and reinstall again. You could even upgrade to our most recent version of the driver...3.0. Go to http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/webcategories/85256410006C055586256BBB002C0D10?opendocument&node=132070_US and you can download it for free.
You mentioned that it was working before. Was that with the same PCI-1411?
Make sure you uninstall through Windows' Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
