Hi all,
It would appear that the PCI-7324 card that I purchased on eBay (but has not yet arrived) is incompatible with Windows 7/Motion 15.0/LV 2015.. is that correct? https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/compatibility/17/ni-motion-controllers-and-microsoft-win...
In this case, can I assume it's completely useless to me? What about the MID-7604 driver I purchased.. that can still be used with the newer PCI-7334, correct?
Thanks and Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays!

Hi joegreene, I think you are right.
It looks like NI-Motion 15.0 doesn't officially support PCI-7324...
PCI-7324 is only supported by ValueMotion driver.
Why you have bought this one....?

Because I first came upon this document which promised support for "73xx" controllers, and the 7324 fits that profile? https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/373329e/resource/373329e.pdf
Assuming a PCI-7344 will be fine? (Found for $300 vs $500 on the 7334).
Thanks.

Before purchasing these devices, I think you need to contact NI.
They can give you the technical suggestion.
But I think NI-Motion doesn't support PCI-7324....
I am sorry that I was unable to be of any assistance...

ummm.....
On the other thread, Jochen said
The best option would be to contact your local NI branch for a hardware upgrade to a PCI-7334
which is the drop-in replacement (form, fit and function) for the PCI-7324.
