Asking about Attocube controller

Hi, I have a Labview code written for Scanning Probe Microscope, to be precise, for AFM. In the code for coarse motion motor driver (X,Y,Z for three axis excitation) is used but I want to use Attocube ANC 300 for the coarse motion. How do I start making changes in the code for implementing Attocube controller for the coarse motion and how do I take into account the feedback signal because we will use tunneling current instead of tuning fork signal for monitoring for feedback. We will use FPGA 7845 for connections
