missing assembly

I've created a data acquisition application and am having trouble with the installation package. I created a setup and deployment project and it intalls on my target machine just fine. However, when I try and run the application I get the message:

File or assembly name NationalInstruments.UI.WindowsForms, or one of its dependencies, was not found.

Several of the mstudio merge modules are included in the dependencies:

mstudioanalysiscommon.msm
mstudiocommon.msm
mstudioenterpriseanalysis.msm
mstudionet.msm
mstudioui.msm
mstudiouiwinforms.msm

I tried adding the assemblies to the deployment project, but that didn't help.

Any suggestions?

thanks,
philip

This is probably due to missing C and C++ merge modules. Please try the solution that is described in the Knowledge Base article "FileNotFoundException When Deploying Measurement Studio .NET Applications that use User Interface controls with 3D Styles" [link removed; article no longer available] and see if it resolves the problem.
