Onboard device memory overflow

Hi,

I tried to reproduce your error by adding DAQmx Timing.vi to your code, but had no luck getting that error. What does your code look like when you get that error? Where are you placing the DAQmx Timing.vi?

I can't reproduce your error no matter how many times I start and stop the program. Are you running any other programs when running this VI? What version of LabVIEW are you using? I'm using LabVIEW 2011. What version of DAQmx do you have? How long are you letting this VI run before you stop and then start it again?

I run the VI for just 15-20 sec then stop. After a couple times of start/stop (undefined number of times), the overflow error pop up. I use Labview 2010 and I was running several programs (Labview, Outlook, Chrome, PDF reader...) simultaneously. Is that a reason ? So why did that error NOT occur when I remove DAQmx Timing VI ?

Rohama, thank you for your effort to solve my problem. I really appreciate that.

What version of DAQmx do you have? Try running your VI without any other other programs running. Do you still get that error?
