NI Merge modules

Hi,

From what I understand Measurement Studio no longer ships merge modules (.msm files) that support redeployment through a Microsoft Installer. Is the only option to use the Measurement Studio Installer Builder? Is there now solution to use wix? Does this mean that if Measurement Studio Installer Builder is not used you need to install the DAQmx to get the necessary drivers on the target machine?

I tried the Measurement Studio Installer Builder and it seems like it creates the folders C:\Program Files\National Instruments and C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments. Is possible to create these folders and copy necessary dll's manually? If yes, how to get windows to search these directories when looking for the dll's?

Also found what looks like a bug in the Installer Builder. If you during installation tries to change the default name of the installation folder it doesn't work. It creates the new folder and places and uninstall function here, but it also creates the default folder and all files are placed here.
