BASLER A641fc - IEEE1394 colour camera

Hello everybody,

     I've had a look at the NI Industrial Camera Advisor looking for the IEEE1394 colour camera BASLER A641fc or its monochrome version BASLER A641f but unfortunately they are not listed yet.  Do you know whether NI IMAQ 1394 2.0.1 supports those digital cameras?

Hi Bogart,

NI-IMAQ 1394 supports any camera that outputs 8-bit monochrome uncompressed, 16-bit monochrome uncompressed, YUV, or RGB video data and adheres to the IEEE-1394 standards for industrial digital cameras (up to IIDC v1.30, also known as DCAM).
So If your BASLER cameras are compatible with DCAM Standard (version 1.3) you will not find any problem using IMAQ driver.
