Using DAQ events for processing PWM signal (VC++)

How can I process Pulse Width Modulation signal (Analog Input) with Sample Rate=100, counter Clock rate=1MHz in real-time? Simple reading is not suitable (Scan_op() work very long). I try use DAQ events to detect signal rise and down (Config_DAQ_Event_Message Event type -3/4) but at start asynchronous DAQ operation I have error DMA is not allowed.
There is my code file...HELP!!!
