I am wanting to measure small charge packets from a sensor and can't seem to find an instrument to accomplish this. I need a charge integrating ADC. Does anyone know of an NI instrument that can do this?
The sensors that I need to measure are Silicon photo multipliers. One way of measuring them is with a charge integrating ADC. This way you can measure the discrete charge packets when they fire. Something like these https://www.caen.it/subfamilies/qdc/
