visa32.dll missing

Hi,

I am using LV2009 edition on XP system.

I am also using Agilent USB-GPIB interface or Keithley USB-GPIB interface to communicate with the instrument. When I open MAX to see the available connected instruments, its says VISA Error and also says visa32.dll missing. I tried re-installing NI-VISA and also re-installed LV2009 package but nothing seems to work and the error remains as it is.

When I check C:\programfile\system32 folder, i just found a visa32.dll.bak file but not the actual visa32.dll.

Can anyone please help me to move forward to rectify this issue.
