problem with thresholding

Hello guys 

I am facing problem while thresholding 16 bit unsigned raw image. I am attaching my VI and snapshot of VI, along with this can you please let me know   how should we get the intensity values under the ROI box after drawing ROI over image.

As you can see  you have not defined "16 bit greyscale (greyscale u16) for the imaq create of the threshold function.

Connection was there but I saw some sample Labview program and changed it. Now its totally back image is there, I also changed display  pallete to binary

is the roi a one one roi or you will want to change it multiple times?

Can you post your 16 bit image?

For the constant ROI

You can use iva histogram where you can define the roi

In ROI program after taking ROI how could we get the values inside ROI matrix  in the form of array . In my previous program I tried to convert the values coming from wire after the taking ROI but it doesn't show or come up in the form of matrix.
