Hi,

Would anyone recommend the best way to count 2 micron fluroscent spheres that are not very bright. What are the best parameters to set the vi?  I am dilating and then eroding before feeding it to the object counter. The object counter does not return the correct number of spheres.

Did do try gamma correction. Adjusting the contrast and then ur dilation and erosion?Please try posting a few images.
