DirectX with PCI NI-1405

I have developed a DirectX dll allowing to capture frame from any DirectX compatible video source. We have a PCI-NI1405. I thought by buying a National Instrument frame grabber, we should get a frame grabber with DirectX support but it doesn't seem to be that way. Is there any additionnal program to be installed or is my case definitely lost ?

Hi,
Every frame grabber requires a board-level driver to actually talk to the hardware (configure registers, handle data transfers, etc.) NI-IMAQ is the hardware driver that is used with all NI frame grabbers. This driver is not designed to be used with other company's frame grabbers. Every frame grabber manufacturer has a driver designed for their own hardware.
