lost quality

Hello
Could anybody describe why I've lost the quality of smaller picture ? On the picture no. II I can see a lot of short, white, horizontal lines.
Did I used a proper icon to diminish the dimensions of picure ?

I ran your VI, and didn't see any problems. I also modified it slightly to display the image in an image display control, and still did not see any white horizontal lines as you have mentioned. Please take a look at the screenshot that I have attached. I suspect there may be a problem with your video drivers. Can you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Plz set 255 value to the smaller array and 0 value to the bigger array. I resolve the problem using IMAQ resample icon from Image Manipulation menu. Tkank you for help.
