draw pattern matches position

I would like to draw a red rectagle assigning the pattern matches of an object. I made it using draw pattern matches position.vi. During my searching procedure draw pattern matches position.vi is opened and closed continuously. How to stop it? I would like only to track the object drawing a red rectagle without starting and closing draw pattern matches position.vi.

try replacing the overlay with the one provided in the attachment.

P.S.: I know it's not any of my business, but you should take some time to clean up/optimize  the code 🙂
