Synchronizing vision and daq

I have 2 cards ,PCI-1409 and 6024E,the 6024E is used to acquired continious votage singals  ,I am trying to trigger my  camera using  PCI-1409 from a RTSI signal driven by  6024E,i want the samples each time read  and every  frame are  synchro.i want to know how creat a external trigger and config the trigger frequency as i want

It would be helpfull to know what your development enviroment is. Did you already take a look into the examples? If you are a LabVIEW User you will find an example to generate a pulse train with the DAQ board at \\National Instruments\LabVIEW\Examples\DAQ
