Snap scaling problem

I have a problem during adquisition of a circular forms because they appears elliptical. I've tried to change the horizontal scaling in the Image Properties but  it didn't work.

I'm using LabVIEW 6.1.

Please, somebody help me.

I believe that the problem is probably related to image distortion due to the camera lens or that the camera is not 100% perpendicular to the field of vision.  These types of problems can be corrected through image calibration using the NI Vision calibration functions.  To do this, you would need to create a calibration grid, adquire an image of the grid, and tell the software the actual distance between the points in the grid.  Using this informacion, the software can then adjust the image to compensate for distortion/perspective problems.
