SUSAN?

I wonder if the imaq vison can realize the fuction of SUSAN to detect the corner point.
The principle of SUSAN is that:
1 use a circle round template,
2 the value of every point inside the circle-the value of the circle center=x
3 if x>=H (H is the threshold),x=255; otherwise, x=0
4 when the area of the pixel whose value is 255 is the smallest ,the point is the corner point.
