PCIe1429 failed initialization

Dear everyone,

I installed PCIe1429 in the desktop PC( windows 7 64bit, Intel core i5-3550, RAM 8GB, mainboard ASUS B75M with LABVIEW 2010) and installed NI Vision acquisition SW (september 2011). after that, I executed NI measurement & automation explorer 5.0.0f1 and open "device and interface", but the program give me a message as following:

"The following IMAQ devices failed initialization:

Serial number 0x00000000

Error 0xFFFF3CAD: The error code passed into imgShowError is unknown.

please contact National Instruments for technical support."

However, there are no search result about 0xFFFF3CAD, so I have no idea to resolve the error.

Can anyone explain the meaing of the error code and give me a solution to resolve the problem?

I have the exact same error, with labview 2011 SP1 on a Gigabyte P35 motherboard with core2 duo CPU.

Any idea how to fix this problem?

Was it motherboard related as in

The only way I have been able to get the card to work is to use labview 8.6 or earlier
