Dear physicien nocturne,
You will not be able to directly connect the PCI-1410 to the BNC-2090 due to differences in the pinouts and connector types for the two devices. It looks like the 2090 uses a standard D-type connector and would connect to a MIO (Multi-function Input Output) DAQ device using a SH6868 cable.

To access the signals from the VHDCI 68 pin connector on the 1410, you could use one of the options listed here:

or you could make your own custom cable according to the specifications found in Appendix A of the 1410 User Manual.
