OCR detection with Vision Development Module

Hello,

 

We were thinking about using the vision development module for OCR detection.   We are looking at using a camera (Pixy2) that is not supported by NI.  

 

Is it possible to feed image files to OCR detection routines without having a camera integrated into the NI vision system?

Use Sample Offline images.
