Hi,

 

still new to IMAQ. Which IMAQ function or combinations of functions can I use to get the negative of an image. In MATLAB it is simply imadjust(Image,[0 1], [1 0].

 

Also, is there any function to get intensity slicing.

Hi okogidi,

you can use the "IMAQ Inverse" function.

Hi okogidi,

 

You can look at the subPalette Vision and Motion>Machine Vision>Measure Intensities for intensity calculations.
