Hello.
I have looked into your issue and have not been able to locate anything conclusive right away. As such, I believe we need a little bit of information about your application (i.e. what IMAQ VIs are you using, if you are doing a ring/sequence how many buffers, etc.)
The VI to which you are referring is not called by nearly all of the common NI-IMAQ VIs, imgMemLock.vi is called by the IMAQ Start VI, but the imgMemUnlock is not very common. Also, let us know what version of the driver you are using.
A couple of suggestions:
1. Uninstall and re-install the driver. The current version of NI-IMAQ is 3.0. I recommend upgrading if you are not using it.
2. Try running some of the example VIs and see if you get any issues from them.
