Image processing after IMAQ USB Snap

I want to process the image after IMAQ USB Snap.vi acquired,but there is no result.

Can someone help me and give me an simple example ?

After having a quick look at your block diagram image, it seems to me you haven't wired the image reference from IMAQ Create to the input of the sequence structure. Otherwise, I see nothing really wrong about the code.

I have wired the image reference from IMAQ Create  to the input of the sequence structure,but to the Histograph indicator,I still get nothing

I think somewhere is wrong,please help me have a look
