Image acuisition with multiast

Hi there

I tried using the example : "Advanced Functionality with Attributes.vi" to capture images using multicast, but although there is a setting for the multicast IP address, I cannot find a setting for the port. How should I set the port in VI?

Why do you need to change the port?

Unless the camera supports a property that lets you change the source port, IMAQdx doesn't have any way to do it. Generally with GigE multicast, you do not set a specific port, only the multicast IP address. When a host grabs frames from a camera, the IMAQdx driver will query the source port the camera uses and will begin grabbing image packets.
