IMAQdx Installation problems

Using latest Vision Acq 8.2.3.

IMAQdx says its installed under Software section but it does not

show up under Device and Interfaces section for squat.

Multiple re-installs and even tried on other computers.

Running under WINXP with temp license....

I have a PRO/1000 NIC installed on one pc and alternate 100Mps NIC

on other tested machine. No good.

HELP.

I'm a bit confused.  What isn't showing up in your Devices and interfaces?

Do you have a GigE camera installed?

Thankyou for the quick response.

I am using a GigE to Cameralink converter from Pleora (PT1000-CL).

I have a prototype Cameralink camera that we have tested and run on

both the NI-1426 and NI-1430e framegrabber boards.

The IMAQdx tab is not showing up under Devices & Interfaces.

Should the IMAQdx tab always be under Devices and Interfaces

when a camera is connected or disconnected?

IMAQdx shows up as 3.0.1 under Software tab but never shows

up under the Devices and Interfaces tab on 4 computers I have

installed Vis Acq 8.2.3 on.

Is there a hardware or other software requirement that is keeping

the IMAQdx tab from showing up?
