IMAQ Color Spectrum

Is there a way to convert (both ways) the color spectrum (IMAQ ColorLearn) to a smaller format such as RGB? I'm working on a coloring matching routine using ColorLearn and ColorMatch and I would like a compact way of storing the 58 value spectrum.

Hey Gleichman,

The color spectrum output of the IMAQ ColorLearn VI is simply an array of percentages. Each entry in the array represents a range of pixel values and actual value represents the percentage of pixels in the ROI that were in that range. You can make this array smaller by changing the sensitivity (the options are Low, Medium, and High). What sort of compression of this information were you looking for?
