How to use openCV

I do image procwssing through NI Vision . I have downloaded image processing library from intel  " openCV",but i am not able to use these DLL in LabvIEW

because i am not able to register openCV dll in my PC( I am using window VISTA).

anybody who have worked on openCV library please help me out.
