I want to get the angle of the line(AB),and I know there is an IMAQ Get Angles.vi can do it

But I don't know how to pick-up  points ,anybody can tell me how to do it step by step?

Hello,

Do you really need to find points A and B from the attached image ?
If so, I suggest you have a look at the example "Straight Edge Detection example", it shows how to use IMAQ functions to detect edges.
