Thank you for using National Instruments discussion forums.
The PCIe-1427 as well as all the other camera link frame grabbers determine a pixel clock from the HSync and VSync signals that come from the camera. The frame grabber knows the size of the expected image and then determines a pixel clock from the timing of the "H" and "VSync signals". So the pixel clock is automatically changed to the speed of the data and the Sync signals that are coming from the camera. You do not need to specify the speed of this clock.
