How do i electronically zoom using the PCI-1422 framegrabber IMAQ and the libraries?

Thanks for going to that trouble Dan it was greatly appreciated. However i do not have the vision development module, and i need to write the code in visual C++. Do you know where i could get some information on doing what i require without needing these items?

Thank you for your help

Unfortunately the options I mentioned are the only ones we know of. I'll ask around to see if anyone knows of any other methods, but it looks like those will be our options

Hey there Dan thats cool, well using the NI vision development module in particular the NI Vision Builder there is the image display with zooming and panning. When using this software package is it possible to incorporate these functions into an independent visual c++ program with the current imgplot functions?

Crispen,

With the addition of the Vision Development module, you would use imaqDisplayImage and imaqZoomWindow to do this. You can easily incorporate these functions into your code, although you probably wouldn't need to use imgPlot any more with these new functions. If you're interested, I could get you some free evaluation software so you could try this out for 30 days.
