GigE Vision Interface Specification

I am developing a camera that will use GigE Vision.  I am looking at buying the NI PCIe-8231.  I need a copy of the GigE Vison specification to design my end of the interface.  I went to the AIA site but I can't find the specification.  Can anyone help?

The GigE Vision is not freely available for download. For a small fee, you may obtain the specification from the AIA.
