FLIR GigE connectivity

New user here, evaluating LabView for use with machine vision.

I'm having some difficulty getting a FLIR A35 properly acquiring images using NI Vision Assistant 2020.  The camera shows up immediately in Devices, but I'm struggling to get an image to properly come over.

I can get an occasional image transfer, but the image is not what the camera is acquiring (I verified using a FLIR image utility).  Additionally, I get the attached error.

Any help with fixing this connectivity would be appreciated.

I have a problem reading my A70 camera also with NIMAX. The camera shows up and I get no errors, but the image i get looks like the attached image. I also see no changes when we put something in the field of view that is hotter or colder. It seems like something simple like swapped bits or something but I'm not sure where to start.
