Error -1073807339 in AWG710B

Hi

I enter the following command :MMEM:DATA? <filename> in MAX communicator to test out the syntax and get a hex response back.

I repeat the command in LabVIEW using Visa Write and Read and I get an error message right after the command :MMEM:DATA? <filename> is sent to the VISA Write.

The error message is -1073807339.  Can anyone explain this problem?

Hi PReitano:

The MAX communicator is GPIB and not VISA.  Although it should still work it would be interesting to see if you get the same results with the VISA Interactive Control in MAX.  Go to Tools->NI-VISA->VISA Interactive Control then double click your instrument. This will open the VISA Test Panel. From here try to write your command.
