Does anyone know how I can configure the IMAQ Image control so that users are unable to zoom in on an image?

Hi

On the front panel, right click on the ROI Tools panel of your image control. Go to Visible Items -> ROI Tool Button Visibility and uncheck the Zoom tool. You can do this also programmatically through the control's property node.
