Haifei,
I agree there is a discrepancy. I am currently in contact with our R&D department to resolve the issue. It sounds like the PCI-1428 will work with the MV-D640(C)-66. But, before I say that definitively, I would like to hear back from our R&D department. I will keep you updated.

Haifei,
The PCI-1428 will partially work with the MV-D640(C)-66, but you must turn off the "Fast (66 MHz)" option via the PFremote setup (provided by Photonfocus). Below is an excerpt from the Camera Compatibility Report found through the link below...
"* You must install PFRemote to configure the camera. Select National Instruments1428 from the frame grabber list in PFremote setup. (Select this even if you have a 1426 , 1429, or 1430) Make sure that your settings in MAX match the settings you selected in PFRemote. If you want to use the 66 MHz camera with the 1426 or 1428 then you must uncheck the “Fast (66 MHz)” in the PFRemote checkbox."
If you want to use the full 66 MHz you must purchase the PCI-1429 or PCI-1430 to use the MV-D640(C)-66 at 66 MHz.
