I've got the same problem with the basler A504kc, where can I get the driver? I have downloaded the NI Camera File Generator, but I can't use the camera. Can you send me your driver or send me the solution the generate?

Are you unable to get any response from the camera at all or just in MAX or LabVIEW? As far as I can remember, I just downloaded the Basler Camera Configuration Tool Plus from:
http://www.baslerweb.com/beitraege/beitrag_en_26565.html

This allows you to set all the camera parameters so you should be able to view greyscale images from the camera in MAX. I don't think I was ever able to see colour in MAX, only by using my LabVIEW VIs.
