Hi,

You can use IMAQ Histogram located in the Vision and Motion>>Image Processing>>Analysis palette.

You can specify the number of classes used to classify the pixels to obtain the desired number of bins.

An example on how to use this function can be found at the following path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW\examples\Vision\Analysis\Histogram.vi
