Camera Suggestions

Hello,

I'm looking for suggestions on cameras with a resolution of around 1032 x 778 and firewire interface. We're planning on using this for machine vision inspection with NI Labview. I've found several that are just above a thousand bucks each, do any of you guys know of cheaper sources?

Hi

The Imaging Source offers a camera that is somewhat cheaper. Well it's not that cheaper and I don't have any experience with it. I would definitely recommend the Guppy cameras from AVT, I've never had any bad experience with those ones.
