Hi all,
I'm wanting to upgrade an old CVS 1454's memory. Are these compact flash cartridges compatible? And is there a limitation to the size I can use on a 1454?
Thanks,
Jevon

I have already viewed this document, but our customer is wants to know if he can just buy a memory card and just make the swap himself.
Thanks

Thanks Muks,
I have contacted them. Although if you do know the memory size limitation on the 1454, that would be interesting to know.
Thanks.

Hi JChec,
I am investigating.

Hi JChec,
I'm still not sure what the 'maximum' is, but one of my coworkers has used 512 MB in one before. If I hear a higher number from R&D I will let you know.

Hi again,
I would like to point out that this is NOT a supported upgrade process and will void the warranty, so it may be moot.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the response. I understand this will void the warranty and is not a supported upgrade. Our customer has had this CVS for years so the warranty doesn't apply in any case.
Thanks,
Jevon

Hi Jeff,
I see the is a large difference in prices between 512MB and 1GB. Any news from R&D about whether 1GB can be used?
Thanks,
J
