You can find a tutorial about Bayer decoding here and an example which does bayer decoding here [broken links removed]

Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

Sorry the links don't work anymore.

The bayer tutorial is at:
http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/3efedde4322fef19862567740067f3cc/f50ff0fcd5b3f5e986256e8e0024fbf5?OpenDocument

Here is an example of Bayer Encoding.

This example shows how to use the Bayer encoding VIs in LabVIEW. It loads an image that was acquired with a Bayer Encoding camera. Use the parameter settings to setup the Look Up Table used for encoding the image. When satisfied, save the converted image.

Also, there is another example available: http://sine.ni.com/apps/we/niepd_web_display.display_epd4?p_guid=CBF11A2C0A552EE3E034080020E74861&p_node=%20DZ52509&p_source=External

Let me know if this works for you - good luck on your project.

Starting with NI-IMAQ for IEEE 1394 Cameras 2.0, bayer decoding is implemented by the driver. The bayer decoding parameters are configured in MAX and whenever you acquire an image, the decoded color image will be returned. No extra implementation required.

Hope this helps.
