AVI capture using .NET

I have a PCIe Framegrabber 1430.

I would like to take real time video direct as an AVI file.

Anybody who could sypply an example.

Using one of the following languages: .NET, C++, VB.

do you happen to know is there that kind of general purpose avi recorder available so that you don't need to compile/edit that example?
