Can I set one sample per channel in finite mode sampling clock

Hi,

I prepared code for retrigger (Analog) by using 6255-Mass termination, and in the code, I selected finite mode sampling rate 42.5 KS/s (multichannel) and number of samples per channel 2 (min) as I want to set it to one sample per channel, but it is giving error.
kindly please guide me on how I could get one sample per channel in "finite mode."

Also, I run the profile memory of my code in which unwanted time is taken by the diagram and display window. Could you please explain why the display and diagram take almost 1 second?
