There aren't examples that involve both multithreading AND SQL, but there are many examples on multithreaded programming in CVI under the directory cvi\samples\utility\Threading. There is also a great white paper that will tell you everything you need to know about Multithreaded programming in CVI. You can find it on your hard drive in cvi\bin\MultithreadingOverview.pdf.
